We want everyone to be able to use this website. We have designed it with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. The website has not been formally audited or certified.
1. Features of this website
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
- Full keyboard access to navigation, menus, accordions, forms and buttons, with visible focus outlines.
- One main heading per page and a logical heading order.
- Form fields with visible labels, required fields marked in text, and error messages linked to each field and listed in a summary.
- Text and background colours chosen for readable contrast.
- Animations reduced or switched off when your device is set to reduce motion. No flashing content, autoplaying audio or scroll hijacking.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Layouts that adapt to small phones, tablets and large screens, and support text zoom.
- Maps that load only on request, with the address always available as text.
2. Known limitations
- Embedded Google Maps are provided by Google, and their accessibility is outside our control. Each address is also shown as text with a link to Google Maps.
- The contact form opens your own email app. How that app works with assistive technology depends on the app. You can copy the message or email us directly instead.
3. Report a problem
